Attack on Free Speech: UK blocks Visit by American Commentator Cenk Uygur
Britain has blocked Cenk Uygur, an American commentator and friend of The Tucker Carlson Show, from entering the U.K. His nephew, Hasan Piker, a left-wing commentator, was also prevented from coming into the country. Both men believe it stems from their criticism of Israel and calling the country’s actions in Gaza genocide.
"I've been banned from the UK," Uygur wrote. "I tried to get on a flight to London to attend SXSW London and give a speech at Oxford. I've been banned for criticizing Israel."
The UK was deliberately vague about why the men were prevented from entering. Home Secretary Shabana Mahmood said it was because a visit by the two would not be "conducive to the public good", whatever that means.
We wonder why it’s “conducive to the public good” for the UK to let refugees flood into the country to drain their resources and destroy the country. Apparently that’s a different story.
